Warranty policy
All products purchased from Cidoya come with a 120-days warranty, except for human destruction.
Note: Even if the following occur during the warranty term, some maintenance charges will be charged: malfunction and damage caused by wrong usage, unauthorized repairs and alteration, malfunction or damage caused by human factors or external equipment.


Exchange or Return
Before Cidoya release a replacement, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.
If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be offered for damaged items.
